What’s a good Chinese or Asian cookbook?
I love Asian food and I would like to learn how to make a few dishes myself. I want to get a cookbook (preferably Chinese) but I don’t want to waste my money on one that has bad recipes.
Does anyone know of a good Chinese or Asian cookbook?
