Does anyone have the Cookie Turkey recipe from the 2005 Annual cook book from Simple & Delicious?

I just recently bought the November/December 2008 issue and in the Readers Comments they have a picture of the Cookie Turkeys, I just wanted to know the ingredients so I could make these at my daycare.
